Set-Up and Care
Upon opening the rug from its shipping wrapper, reverse roll the rug so that the pile of the rug is facing out to the touch. Should there be a crease in the rug, put pressure at the point of the visible crease, loosening the crease allowing the rug to flatten out. When placing the rug on the floor should the corners or ends want to turn up, simply place a heavy book or other heavy objects on the turned-up area for a few hours, or in extreme cases leave the heavy object on the turned-up area over-night. In order to get maximum use out of your new rug, regular vacuuming is highly recommended. The use of a non-slip rug pad along with the periodic rotation of the rug within the room setting will minimize uneven wear and traffic patterns.
